A Leader Must Be Willing To Take Responsibility- Did You ever watch the movie version of Spiderman widescreen? The main character in the film is Peter Parker and The Spiderman itself.

I am reminded of a very famous phrase in the film, namely:
"With having great power, comes great responsibility."
Because it has superpowers that are so big and powerful, then society expects spiderman, to be responsible and save his city, or even the world, in some cases, from evil because he has superpowers that.

Of all the episodes where he appears in the film, barely he's never let us down. With the strength he had, he made sure to be responsible in using it for the good of the people around him.

Leadership at all different from becoming a Superhero. Indeed You may not have superpowers like Superman and spiderman, but You have the authority to lead others to success. It is much larger and more powerful because it is the power that can be used by real people in this real world.

Therefore, being a leader requires a sense of responsibility is very large, it is the second quality of a successful leader is to be achieved.

The power to lead Your team toward Your vision with such a responsibility make sure they remain in the right direction, aware of each and everyone's tasks and errors, and put them back on the right track when they got lost and strayed out of its lane.

No one dares to say that it is easy to be a leader. The task of a leader is very heavy because he's dealing with a lot of responsibility. A true leader is willing to accept everything.

There are instances where sometimes it makes us feel better to blame someone or something else when something goes wrong in a task. However, this should not be practiced, especially by a good leader.

A good leader should take full responsibility for a task, not just before he accepts to take it, but also after the task has been achieved. As much as he is responsible for the success of his team, he should also be responsible for any failure that may occur. He represents the whole team, so what happened to him, he is the person responsible.

Make excuses and blame something or someone else for the job that failed is not the qualities of a good leader. What he should do, instead, is to accept the fact that there is something wrong with the organization and his team, even if it's not his fault.

It is normal to make a mistake. A mistake is an opportunity to learn and become something better. As a leader, he must ensure that his team members learned from this mistake and that this error will not be repeated next time.

You may not have full control over the other person and is not expected to have full control over their actions, but You have full control of Your reaction. Find out what to do over unexpected situations which will make You responsible, so give You a feeling of power.

Thus the description of A Leader Must be Willing To Take Responsibility. Hopefully can be an inspiration for You.
