They feel more confident because they see that they are doing a good job at work that they have been given. When you learn to motivate your staff you are showing them that as a team they will accomplish more than if they worked alone.

When you are learning how to motivate staff you need to take into consideration that it may involve extra training. This is a good thing, because not only will they feel that they are learning a new skill but they feel that their career is moving forward.
